TRC 2313 - Environ Issues, Edu & Ethics
This course is intended for those who want to explore and address local and global environmental issues and gain knowledge of educational techniques to teach others about those issues, resulting conflicts, and their ethical resolutions. Course content is reinforced through direct experiences with the natural environment and awareness of personal (individual) impacts on it. Emphasis is placed on individual and local actions affecting global change. The student is guided in developing his/her own environmental ethic, practicing it, and being able to teach others to do the same.
